Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone. As we are often fully booked, late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to other clients who are waiting for an appointment. Which service should I book?
If your dog needs a full body trim or restyle, book a Full Groom. If they’re on a regular grooming routine and just need maintenance, a Wash & Tidy is usually enough. If you’re unsure, book a full groom and we’ll confirm what’s needed on the day.
How long will my dog’s appointment take?
Every dog is different. Most appointments take between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on size, coat condition, and the style requested. We’ll always prioritise your dog’s comfort over rushing the groom.
Do you groom dogs that are nervous or new to grooming?
Yes. We take a calm, patient approach and adjust the groom to suit each dog. If your dog is nervous or visiting us for the first time, let us know and we’ll allow extra time.
What if my dog has matting?
Matting can affect both the finish and the time required. In some cases, a shorter style may be recommended to keep your dog comfortable. We’ll always talk this through with you before proceeding.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the time required. If extra time is needed, this will be discussed with you before we continue.
